Warranty
All Luxe Recliner products include a 10-Year Limited Structural Warranty covering manufacturing defects in the internal frame, structural joints, and recliner mechanisms. This warranty does not cover electric components, motors, USB ports, fabric or leather wear, cushion softening, accidental damage, misuse, spills, pet damage, commercial use, or repairs made outside Luxe Recliner. A valid proof of purchase is required, and any defect must be reported within 30 days of discovery. Approved claims may be repaired, replaced with defective components, or replaced with a comparable model. The warranty is non-transferable and limited to the original purchase price.

The first 2 years include full cover for manufacturing defects, including the frame, springs, stitching, recliner mechanisms, cushion fillings, fabric, or leather. From years 3 to 5, the warranty covers the main structure, suspension, and recliner mechanisms. After that, cover focuses on the main wooden frame and structural support.
The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, stains, burns, pet damage, sunlight or moisture damage, commercial use, clearance items, or custom-made cancellations once production has started. To make a claim, customers should provide their order number with clear photos or a video of the issue. Claims are usually reviewed within 48–72 hours.
Yes, Luxe Recliner offers a 100-Day Comfort Guarantee. You can request a return within 100 days of delivery, as long as the item is clean, hygienic, resaleable, undamaged, and returned with all original accessories and packaging.
