Eligible Luxe Recliner products come with a 5 Year Structural Warranty.
The warranty period shown when your order was placed will remain applicable to your order.
What’s Covered:
- Internal hardwood or metal frame failures caused by manufacturing defects.
- Structural frame joint failures due to defective workmanship.
- Structural failures in recliner mechanisms caused by manufacturing defects.
What’s Not Covered:
- Electric components, motors, USB ports, wiring, or control units.
- Leather or fabric wear, creasing, colour changes, or pilling.
- Cushion compression, softening, or filling loss.
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, spills, burns, pets, or animals.
- Commercial or public use.
- Repairs, modifications, or reupholstery done outside Luxe Recliner.
Conditions:
- Original proof of purchase must be provided.
- Product must be used for domestic, residential purposes only.
- Defects must be reported within 30 days of discovery.
- Luxe Recliner must inspect the item before approval of any claim.
Remedies:
- Repair or replacement of defective components, or
- Replacement of the recliner with a comparable model.
The warranty is non-transferable and does not extend beyond the original 5 Year warranty period applicable to the order.
Luxe Recliner’s liability under the warranty is limited to the original purchase price.
By placing an order with Luxe Recliner, you acknowledge and agree that the 5 Year Structural Warranty displayed and applicable at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
