To give you complete confidence in your purchase, we provide a 10-Year Tiered Guarantee on all sofas. This warranty is structured to reflect the natural life cycle of upholstered furniture.
How the Tiered Guarantee Works
Your warranty begins on the date your furniture is delivered. As time passes, the level of coverage adjusts to reflect normal wear and usage conditions.
Tier 1: Years 1–2 (Full Comprehensive Cover)
During the first two years, your sofa is fully protected against manufacturing defects.
Covered:
- Internal wooden frame
- Springs and webbing
- Stitching and assembly faults
- Manual or electric recliner mechanisms
- Cushion fillings and upholstery materials (fabric or leather)
What we provide:
We will repair or replace any defective parts or the full item where necessary, including all labour and transport costs arranged through our delivery team.
Tier 2: Years 3–5 (Structural & Mechanical Cover)
During years three to five, coverage focuses on the core structure and mechanical components.
Covered:
- Internal wooden frame
- Structural joints
- Suspension systems (springs and webbing)
- Recliner mechanisms (manual or electric)
Not covered:
- Fabric or leather wear
- Stitching issues caused by use
- Cushion fillings and internal foam/fibre settlement
What we provide:
We will supply replacement parts and cover repair labour for eligible structural or mechanical faults.
Tier 3: Years 6–10 (Frame Integrity Cover)
In the final stage of your warranty, protection is focused on the essential structural strength of the furniture.
Covered:
- Main wooden frame
- Structural support joints against breaking or major deformation under normal domestic use
Not covered:
- Recliner systems and mechanical parts
- Springs and webbing
- Cushion fillings
- Fabric or leather upholstery
What we provide:
We will repair or replace the structural frame if a valid fault is identified. In this stage, a standard call-out or transport fee may apply, while parts and labour remain covered.
Important Exclusions
This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects. It does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including fabric softening, creasing, or cushion settling
- Accidental damage such as stains, spills, burns, scratches, or pet-related damage
- Misuse, including improper cleaning, overloading, or standing/sitting on arms or backrests
- Damage caused by exposure to heat, moisture, or direct sunlight
- Commercial or non-domestic use
- Clearance or ex-display items, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase
Bespoke and Made-to-Order Items
Custom-made or bespoke furniture is not eligible for cancellation once production begins. However, these items remain fully covered under this warranty against manufacturing defects.
How to Make a Claim
If you believe your product has a manufacturing fault, please follow these steps:
- Locate your order number and take clear photos or a short video showing the issue
- Submit your claim with details of the fault
- Our team will review your request within 48–72 hours
- If required, we may arrange an inspection by a qualified technician
