100-Day Comfort Guarantee

We understand that choosing furniture online is a significant decision. That’s why every Luxe Recliner product is covered by our 100-Day Comfort Guarantee.

If you decide your purchase is not right for your home, you may request a return within 100 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

* The return request must be submitted within 100 days of delivery.
* The product must be in clean, hygienic, and resaleable condition.
* The product must be free from stains, marks, damage, excessive wear, pet hair, odours, smoke exposure, or alterations.
* All original accessories, components, manuals, and packaging must be retained and returned with the product.
* The product must pass inspection upon collection and return to our warehouse.

Return Fee

All returns made under the 100-Day Comfort Guarantee are subject to a fixed collection and handling fee of £150 per item, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Inspection & Refunds

All returned items are inspected upon receipt.

Luxe Recliner reserves the right to refuse returns or apply deductions where products are returned in a condition that prevents them from being resold as new.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of the returned product passing inspection.

Exclusions

The 100-Day Comfort Guarantee does not apply to:

* Clearance, ex-display, outlet, or heavily discounted items.
* Made-to-order, bespoke, customised, or special-order products.
* Commercial purchases.
* Products returned without prior authorisation.
