At Luxerecliner, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The return process depends on the reason for return.
1. How Returns Work
- If you change your mind, we will arrange a two-person collection service. A 10% restocking and collection fee will be deducted from your refund.
- If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will arrange collection at no cost to you and provide a full resolution including repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
2. How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact us with your order details, the item(s) you wish to return, and your availability for collection. Once received, we will confirm the next steps and provide any necessary instructions for packaging.
3. Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned in a clean, unused, and resellable condition with all original parts and accessories included. Original packaging is preferred but not mandatory if suitable protective packaging is used.
If an item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may apply a reasonable deduction for any loss in value, as permitted under UK law.
4. Bespoke and Made-to-Order Items
Products that are custom-made, including items produced in non-standard fabrics, colours, or configurations, are not eligible for cancellation or change-of-mind returns once production has begun.
These items are created specifically for each customer and cannot be resold.
If a manufacturing defect is found, we will repair, replace, or refund in line with your legal rights.
5. Change of Mind Returns
For returns due to change of mind:
- A two-person collection will be arranged
- A 10% restocking and collection fee will be deducted from the refund
- If access is not possible on the agreed collection date, additional charges may apply for rebooking
6. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photo or video evidence.
We will prioritise resolving the issue by offering a repair, replacement, or refund, and we will cover all collection and return costs. No fees will apply in these cases.
7. Refund Processing
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 working days. Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the funds in your account.
8. Exchanges
If you would like an exchange instead of a refund, please mention this when requesting your return. We will check availability and arrange the replacement. Any price difference will be adjusted before dispatch.
