1. Delivery Coverage
We offer free standard delivery across most of the UK mainland.
However, we are currently unable to deliver to certain non-mainland and remote postcode areas, including: AB, DD, PH, PL, EX, TQ, TR.
2. Delivery Timeframes
- In-stock items are usually delivered within 5–7 working days after order confirmation.
- Made-to-order or customised products require additional time, and an estimated delivery schedule will be provided at the time of purchase.
- Some locations such as TA, BH, PO, SO, BN, and DG may require up to 10 working days due to courier routing and regional access limitations.
All delivery dates are estimates and may change due to circumstances outside our control. We will always keep you informed of any delays.
Under UK regulations, all orders will be delivered within 30 days unless a longer delivery period has been clearly agreed in advance (such as for bespoke items).
3. Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to accept delivery at the agreed time, the order may be returned to the depot.
- A £60 redelivery fee may apply for rearranging a two-person delivery service.
- If an order is cancelled after a failed delivery attempt, any waived delivery benefit will not be refunded, and additional return charges may apply depending on the situation.
4. Delivery Changes and Cancellations
- Changes made more than 48 hours before delivery are free of charge.
- Changes made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery may incur a £50 administration fee.
- Same-day changes or cancellations after dispatch may incur a £60 rescheduling fee.
