Delivery Policy
Luxrecliner offers free standard delivery across most UK mainland areas. Some remote or non-mainland postcodes, including AB, DD, PH, PL, EX, TQ, and TR, are currently excluded.
In-stock items are usually delivered within 5–7 working days, while made-to-order or customised products may take longer. Certain areas such as TA, BH, PO, SO, BN, and DG may take up to 10 working days.
If delivery is missed, a £60 redelivery fee may apply. Delivery changes made more than 48 hours in advance are free, but changes within 48 hours may incur a £50 fee. Same-day changes or cancellations after dispatch may incur a £60 rescheduling fee.

Luxrecliner offers a 10-Year Tiered Guarantee on all sofas, starting from the delivery date. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and is divided into three stages.
For the first 2 years, your sofa is fully covered, including the frame, springs, stitching, recliner mechanisms, cushion fillings, fabric, or leather. From years 3 to 5, the warranty covers the main structure, suspension, and recliner mechanisms. In the final stage, cover focuses on the main wooden frame and structural support.
This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, stains, burns, pet damage, sunlight or moisture damage, commercial use, clearance items, or custom-made cancellation once production has started.
To make a claim, please provide your order number with clear photos or a video of the issue. Our team will review your claim within 48–72 hours.
