Our delivery team can deliver your furniture to your room, assemble it and remove the packaging where this service is available.
Delivery to Northern Ireland, remote areas and offshore locations may be available for an additional charge. Any applicable delivery charges and estimated delivery times will be confirmed before your order is completed.
Returns / Refunds
Luxe Recliners offers a 30-day returns policy. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery before sending the item back.
Returns for faulty, damaged, incorrect or not-as-described items will be handled in accordance with our returns policy. Approved refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Yes, Luxrecliner offers free standard delivery across most UK mainland areas. However, some remote or non-mainland postcodes are excluded, including AB, DD, PH, PL, EX, TQ, and TR.
If your product has electric recliner or powered features, it will need plugging into a mains socket.
Luxe Recliner products include a 5 Year Structural Warranty from the delivery date. The warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting the internal frame, structural joints, suspension, and recliner mechanisms.
The warranty does not cover electric components, motors, USB ports, normal fabric or leather wear, cushion softening, accidental damage, misuse, stains, burns, spills, pet damage, sunlight or moisture damage, commercial use, or repairs carried out by unauthorised third parties.
To make a warranty claim, customers must provide a valid proof of purchase or order number together with clear photos or a video showing the issue. Any defect must be reported within 30 days of discovery.
Approved claims may be resolved by repairing the product, replacing the defective component, or providing a comparable replacement model, subject to the terms of our Warranty Policy.
The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Luxrecliner usually delivers in-stock items within 5–7 working days across most UK mainland areas. Made-to-order or customised products may take longer. Some areas, including TA, BH, PO, SO, BN, and DG, may take up to 10 working days.
